Protocol Education Ltd seeks an exceptional SEN Teacher to lead our educational endeavors in Colchester. Our specialist school provides a supportive environment for students aged 4 to 19 with various needs, offering a bespoke curriculum and a high student-to-staff ratio.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging teaching and learning activities, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere. By doing so, we strive to equip our students with the skills needed to reintegrate into mainstream settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach curriculum subjects to students in small groups, tailoring instruction to meet their diverse needs.
- Promote students' well-being, resilience, and holistic growth through collaborative efforts with residential and therapeutic practitioners.
