Inclusive Learning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our specialist school in Colchester. As an SEN Teacher, you will empower students to reach their full potential by delivering high-quality education plans.
About the Job:- Education Plan Delivery: Deliver tailored education plans that cater to the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
- Student Support: Provide support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges.
- Staff Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to each child's education.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Qualified teacher status and experience in teaching SEN students.
- SEN Knowledge: Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs, including autism and learning difficulties.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills.
- Compassionate Approach: A patient and compassionate approach with a passion for supporting students with additional needs.
