Senior Sales Manager

As the UK Sales Director for Eco2Solar's New Build Housing sector, you will lead a high-performing sales team to drive company revenue and achieve growth targets. Your strategic leadership skills will set sales targets, develop key growth strategies, and coach the team to deliver on objectives. You will focus on developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced sales leader who has led teams with long sales lifecycles and high-value deals. Experience in the house building industry is ideal, but success in growing national sales teams in other industries is equally valuable. You should have experience in value-based selling and leading consultative technical sales teams.
