About the Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate Content Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing online business, 2tall, selling tall clothing all over the world from our warehouse in Aberdeen.

As part of our Marketing team, you will plan and create engaging digital content for our content strategy, telling our brand story across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative passion and keen interest in current and future digital trends combined with the ability to create successful content.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Creative to deliver on our Content Marketing Strategy.
  • Develop new and exciting creative approaches to digital content, aligning with our brand values and market differentiation.
  • Plan a calendar of digital content that aligns with key annual seasons, product demands, and our customer community, to tell our brand story.
  • Create and develop video, photographic, and animated content for our digital channels and our website, driving new and existing customer engagement.
  • Monitor emerging digital trends relevant to our industry.
  • Work closely with Marketing Team colleagues to participate in photoshoots, directing models to acquire the desired footage.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to evaluate success of our digital content to inform our strategy.

**Essential Skills**

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of marketing and digital media in general.
  • Functionality and features of major digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Content planning and delivery.
  • Use of latest technology to create compelling content.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience of working with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to understand briefs and take clear instruction.
  • Manage time and deliver to deadlines.
  • Work within a team environment.
  • Contribute creative ideas.
  • Deliver on project outputs.
  • Ability to capture content using common camera equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy.

  • Videography and animation software, such as Photoshop and Premier Pro.
  • Photoshoots and directing models.
  • Content evaluation and measuring success.
  • Interest in the global clothing and fashion market.
