Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for maintaining our online presence and assisting in the growth of our company brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Online Presence: Ensure our company website is up-to-date and engaging, with fresh and relevant content.
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Assist in the organization and management of our social media platforms, creating and sourcing engaging content to reach our target audience.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Research and network to stay informed about the latest marketing strategies and industry developments.
- Plan and Execute Social Media Campaigns: Use calendars and scheduling tools to plan and implement effective social media campaigns, providing analytic reports on their success.
- Support Marketing Team: Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team, assisting with traditional marketing activities such as campaigns and conferences.
- Marketing Qualification: A qualification in marketing would be desirable.
- SEO Experience: Essential experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is required.
- IT Skills: Competence in IT skills including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
- Forward-Thinking Creative: A forward-thinking creative with good communication skills is essential for this role.
