Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including website and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance our brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  2. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work with internal stakeholders to develop and optimize digital marketing materials in line with stakeholder requirements.
  3. Manage Social Media Presence: Manage and optimize our social media presence, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
  4. Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  5. Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  6. Support Website Development: Support the development and maintenance of our Company website, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
  7. Create Engaging Content: Sourcing and creating a consistent range of engaging and business/industry-relatable social media and website content.
  8. Integrate Social Media Campaigns: Ensure social media campaigns are integrated into our Company website and internal company communications as relevant.
  9. Develop SEO Strategies: Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  10. Provide Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing function, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail on all associated marketing and communication documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Digital Marketing Qualification: A Digital Marketing Qualification is essential for this role.
  2. Marketing Experience: Demonstrable experience in the Marketing industry as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Strategist, or a similar role.
  3. Content Management System Development: Experience in Content Management System development is desirable.
  4. Social Media Management: Experience within social media management and content creation is essential.
  5. Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and email marketing software.
  6. SEO Best Practices: A strong understanding of SEO best practices and SEO tools is essential.
  7. Microsoft IT Packages: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft IT Packages is desirable.
