We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at CV-Library and drive our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance our brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and optimize digital marketing materials, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements.
  3. Manage and optimize our social media presence, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
  4. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  6. Support the development and maintenance of our company website, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
  7. Sourcing and creating a consistent range of engaging and business/industry-relatable social media and website content.
  8. Ensure social media campaigns are integrated into our company website and internal company communications as relevant.
  9. Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  10. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing function, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail on all associated marketing and communication documentation.

Requirements

  1. Digital Marketing Qualification.
  2. Demonstrable experience in the Marketing industry as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Strategist, or a similar role.
  3. Experience in Content Management System development.
  4. Experience within social media management and content creation.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and email marketing software.
  6. Strong understanding of SEO best practice and SEO tools.
  7. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft IT Packages.

Desirable Requirements

  1. Marketing Qualification.
  2. Relevant experience in a marketing role within the industry.
  3. Experience in Hootsuite, HTML.
