Job Title: Content Creator and Copywriter

Acteon Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Content Creator and Copywriter to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our marketing communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and publish high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels, including publications, case studies, videos, PR, blogs, and social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing campaign leads to create compelling thought leadership stories that resonate with our target audience.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and tone, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and style.
  • Identify new content opportunities and develop innovative storytelling ideas to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Manage relationships with external contributors and freelance writers, ensuring high-quality content that meets our standards.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase site traffic and improve online visibility.
  • Work closely with the digital team to analyze content performance and engagement metrics, informing future content strategies.
  • Support the creative team in designing promotional materials and video content, ensuring adherence to our brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent general education and high proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Degree, diploma, or qualification in English, marketing, journalism, or a related field, or proven relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of achievement and delivery.
  • Relevant industry experience in the renewables, oil and gas, and/or marine construction industries would be desirable.
  • Creativity, flair for storytelling, and ability to analyze complex information and communicate it effectively to various audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and high-quality standards when it comes to brand integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a self-starter attitude and diverse interests.
