Digital Marketing Specialist

Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's online presence and assisting in the growth of company branding.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Company Website: Ensure that website content is fresh and relevant, and make updates as needed.
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Assist in the organization and management of the company's social media accounts, including creating engaging content and monitoring analytics.
- Research and Stay Up-to-Date: Follow the latest industry trends and topics through research and networking, and use this knowledge to inform marketing strategies.
- Plan and Implement Social Media Campaigns: Use calendars and scheduling tools to plan and effectively organize and implement social media campaigns.
- Provide Analytic Reports: Provide regular reports on marketing campaigns, including metrics and insights.
- Support Marketing Team: Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Team, including assisting with traditional marketing activities.
- Marketing Qualification: A qualification in Marketing would be desirable.
- SEO Experience: Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is essential.
- IT Skills: Competence in IT skills including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
- Communication Skills: Forward-thinking creative with good communication skills.
