Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our clients. Your responsibilities will include implementing social media marketing tactics, creating engaging web content, analyzing web analytics, and optimizing content for search engines to improve organic visibility and rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop, produce, and manage the dissemination of high-quality content across all content channels.
- SEO Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for search engines to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Editorial Planning: Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely content distribution across platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies on content creation and copywriting.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all content outputs.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in B2B digital marketing and content creation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent marketing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in web content writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in B2B and/or professional services marketing is a plus.
- A degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is great, but not required.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
