**Leadership and Management Opportunities**
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to lead our Eating Disorders team. The successful candidate will have:
- Responsibility for assessing and treating children and adolescents with eating disorders and complex mental health needs
- Experience in leadership and management roles, with a proven track record of success
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships and boundaries with young people
- Formal training in management and administration
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate of completion of relevant Specialist Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychiatry of Learning Disability (or within 6 months)
- Broad range of experience in psychiatric practice and in the use of psychological therapies
- Experience and competencies in assessing and treating children and adolescents with eating disorders and complex mental health needs
- Previous experience of working in a child and adolescent service
- Ability to demonstrate experience and knowledge of Safeguarding in child and adolescent mental health
