Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Community Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing diagnosis, management, and consultation for complex mental health presentations to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment for children and adolescents with eating disorders
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide consultation and advice to professionals in the wider network of the young person and/or family
- Participate in the development of internal clinical pathways and guidelines
- Contribute to the education and training of junior staff and students
We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist with:
MRCPsych or equivalent qualificationMBBS or equivalent qualificationFull GMC RegistrationSection 12 ApprovalCertificate of completion of relevant Specialist Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychiatry of Learning Disability (or within 6 months)Desirable Qualifications and ExperienceWe would welcome applications from candidates with:
