Senior Colorectal Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Colorectal Surgeon to join our team at Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our surgical department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Colorectal Service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including the management of urgent colorectal cases, in collaboration with other Consultant Colorectal Surgeons.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Colorectal Service, including Gynaecology Oncology service.
- Participate in effective clinical audit and continuing medical education to ensure the highest standards of clinical governance.
- Contribute to management within the Trust through the Directorate, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in teaching and training programs for medical staff, medical students, and other hospital employees, promoting a culture of learning and development.
