Colorectal Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Colorectal Surgeon to join our team at Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust. As a Consultant in Colorectal Surgery, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Colorectal Service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including the management of urgent colorectal cases, and contribute to the development of our Colorectal Service.
- Participate in effective clinical audit and continuing medical education to ensure the highest standards of clinical governance.
- Contribute to the management of the Department of Surgery and participate in all teaching programmes for medical staff, medical students, and other hospital employees.
- Ensure full submission of data to the Somerset database, in line with national recommendations.
- Participate in the management of the Department of Surgery and contribute to the development of our Colorectal Service.
