Front Office Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Front Office Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling guest requests, managing team members, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and train team members to meet performance standards
- Maintain a required standard of service to guests
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
