As a global leader, we're seeking a Client Accountable Executive to drive success as part of our Sales team. This role is a highly visible position within Oracle Health, requiring a trusted partner with industry and client knowledge to build, maintain, and leverage relationships that result in top client performance and business growth for both Oracle Health and the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the regional health and social care system.
  • Manage and facilitate client relationships, expectations, and requirements, and advocate for Oracle Health's vision to improve healthcare.
  • Oversee all Oracle health-related engagements and opportunities in the region, including developing strategy, contracting, implementation, delivery, and messaging.
  • Support clients in demonstrating the benefits of digitalization and data, and jointly develop referenceable case studies that bring to life the impact on patients and caregivers through the improvement of care delivery.

Career Level - IC4

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • 6 years additional relevant work experience including:
  • At least 3 years in sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
  • Experience of building relationships with NHS Trust Executive Board members or similar, and senior clinicians.
  • Experience working with an electronic patient record.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with Cerner Millennium.
  • Experience working with Population Health Management systems and executing strategy.

Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
