Strategic Client Relationship Manager

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and improve portfolio retention.
Key Responsibilities- Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship and maintain exceptional client satisfaction
- Maintain client retention by identifying opportunities for service expansion and increasing revenue
- Develop and implement processes to accurately forecast workloads and optimize resource allocation
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record as an Account Manager or Director within a fast-paced industry, specifically in print management or a related sector. Your expertise in developing strategic plans, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth will be invaluable.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to supporting your career and well-being.
