About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our Nectar360 team at Sainsbury's.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to drive revenue across all Nectar360 solutions in alignment with overall business targets.

You will develop a deep understanding of the Nectar360 business, including insights and communication capabilities, as well as the clients' businesses to effectively manage relationships and share performance internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients to identify revenue opportunities and apply Nectar360 solutions that align with their marketing and sales objectives.
  • Work closely with key contacts, manage project timelines and budgets, ensure timely delivery of results to clients, and provide recommendations for future investment based on campaign evaluations.
  • Cultivate relationships with key personnel at Sainsbury's and relevant agencies, collaborate with internal teams, manage revenue generation from pipeline to conversion, and stay updated on industry trends and competitive threats to leverage opportunities.

What You'll Need

You are a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of our business capabilities and a strong focus on delivering revenue across all Nectar360 solutions.

With your extensive experience in client management and media sales, ideally within the retail, Food or FMCG industries, you possess the knowledge and expertise to develop and nurture key client relationships.

Your exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills allow you to effectively support clients in their annual planning process, deliver results within budget and timelines, and provide valuable insights and recommendations for future investment.
