We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Assistant Reception Manager to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the reception team to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
