Job Title: Assistant Reception Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Reception Manager to join our team at MHDV. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
  • Process guest transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a hospitality setting.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
