Nursery Facilities Manager
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Bright Horizons. As a key member of our nursery-based team, you will be responsible for ensuring the nursery remains clean, safe, and welcoming for children, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the nursery
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize waste and promote sustainability
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the nursery meets health and safety regulations
- Manage daily laundry duties and other domestic tasks as required
- Provide exceptional customer service to children, staff, and parents
Requirements
- Significant experience in cleaning and maintenance within a commercial or domestic setting
- Current certification in Food Safety CIEH L2 or above (or equivalent)
- Thorough understanding of COSHH and Health and Safety protocols
- Superb communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, children, and parents
