Job Description

The Senior Cleaning Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all glass is cleaned to the correct standard, ensuring all equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in a safe working order. This includes PAT testing and adhering to relevant SLAs.

This role involves having a full knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning process, including the agreed work specification and time allocated to each task. The successful candidate will complete tasks to an agreed level of cleanliness in line with the Contract and relevant SLAs, carrying out daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor/Night Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used within the premises. They must attend necessary training to enable them to fulfill this requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To comply with the requirements of Health & Safety, other relevant legislation, and premises policies.
  • To log in and out using the agreed process, reflecting the start time and finish time on a daily basis.
  • To report any maintenance defects to the Cleaning Supervisor.

In addition, the Senior Cleaning Operations Coordinator will ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained and give particular attention to hands/finger nails, hair care, and general appearance. Shoes must be fully covered with tread and appropriate for the requirements of the role.
