About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Research Coordinator to join their team in Liverpool, United Kingdom.

The successful candidate will provide lead administrative support to research sites, executing and ensuring completion of all activities by coordinating and assisting patients and visitors visiting the site.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team and contribute to accelerating research, solving complex scientific challenges, and driving technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completes data entry and visit completion information, managing the diary system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Conducts reminder telephone calls to patients to confirm visits and prepares relevant patient documentation as per protocol and local regulations.
  • Maintains a presentable, safe, and clean reception area to enhance the patient and visitor experience.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
