About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated care and support to an individual residing in Blakelaw, Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily tasks and personal care using a stand aid
  • Provide transportation as a licensed driver
  • Support with computer access and maintenance
  • Encourage hydration and assist with physical well-being
  • Participate in activities and social interactions to enhance quality of life
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working with individuals with visual impairment and disability
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for assisting others and making a positive impact
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to adapt to new technologies
Work Environment

This position is subject to a DBS check and requires permission to work in the UK. A genuine occupational requirement applies due to the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010 schedule 9 paragraphs 1 – 4.

Compensation and Benefits
