As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals living in Fawdon (NE3). Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support, promoting independence and dignity in daily activities.

About the Role:

- Support clients in achieving their outcomes, involving families and professionals as needed.

- Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues through effective communication and documentation.
Training and Development:
We recognize that many of our applicants may not have direct care experience, but they bring valuable transferable skills from previous roles. Our comprehensive induction training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to excel as a Care Assistant. You will learn about:

- Confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Fluids and nutrition, safe administration of medication, and infection prevention and control.
- Moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sores management.
- Infection prevention and control, health and safety, learning disabilities, mental health, and capacity.

We offer a competitive salary range of £11.50-£12.50 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will benefit from mileage reimbursement rates of 45p per mile for drivers and 20p per mile for cyclists. A bonus scheme is also available, offering up to £300 for new starters, £300 for referrals, and £300 annually. You will also receive a £25 birthday gift voucher.
