About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Safeguarding Quality and Audit Lead to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and quality in our neurological care centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our team to ensure compliance with safeguarding and quality improvement requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective audit and governance strategies to drive quality improvement and excellence in our services.
  • Work closely with our Head of Clinical Services and Clinical Heads of Department to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Lead clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and reporting of safeguarding and quality improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in safeguarding, quality improvement, and audit in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent understanding of audit standards, clinical governance, and legislative requirements.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a clinical services team to achieve high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze clinical information and create reports for internal and external stakeholders.
