About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding Quality and Audit Lead to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and quality are maintained across our neurological care centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our team to ensure compliance with safeguarding principles, clinical audit standards, and governance requirements.
  • Lead clinical audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement plan to drive excellence in our services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in safeguarding, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
  • Excellent understanding of audit standards, clinical governance, and risk management strategies.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in analyzing clinical information and creating reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of contemporary clinical risk management strategies and ability to promote high-quality patient care.
