About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Governance and Safeguarding Specialist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Safeguarding Quality and Audit Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance and safeguarding across our neurological care centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safeguarding and clinical governance policies and procedures.
  • Lead clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Clinical Services and Clinical Heads of Department to ensure seamless delivery of clinical governance and safeguarding services.

What You Will Need

  • Extensive experience in clinical governance and safeguarding, with a strong understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of leading clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • Annual salary of up to £45,000 per annum, with the potential for uplift to £50,000 following successful completion of probation.
