About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding Quality and Audit Lead to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring the highest standards of care and quality in our neurological care centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective safeguarding and quality improvement strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of our service users.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to develop and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance the quality of care and services.
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care and services, and that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities in relation to safeguarding and quality improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in safeguarding and quality improvement, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical governance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and information, and to develop and implement effective solutions to improve the quality of care and services.
  • Strong understanding of clinical risk management strategies and the ability to develop and implement effective plans to mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including clinical teams, managers, and external partners.
