About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding Quality and Audit Lead to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and quality in our neurological care centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our team to ensure compliance with safeguarding and quality improvement standards.
  • Develop and implement effective audit and governance processes to drive quality and safety improvements.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Clinical Services and Clinical Heads of Department to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Lead clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in safeguarding, quality improvement, and audit in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent understanding of clinical governance and risk management principles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and create reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
