Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Strategist to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with key customers. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, forecasting numbers, and achieving revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. You will also need to be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production, and Logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain excellent rapport with key customers to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Work closely with the Sales team to forecast numbers and develop plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to key customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

What We Offer:

  • An annual salary between £40-43k depending on experience.
