Appoint Healthcare is proud to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Dialysis Clinic Lead to join their dedicated team. As a key member of the clinic's leadership, you will be responsible for driving high-quality patient care and developing the skills of the nursing team.

Job Summary:
  • Lead the nursing team as Nurse in Charge, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Support the Clinic Manager in strategic decision-making and operational management.
  • Develop and implement effective mentorship programs for junior staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review patient care plans and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake comprehensive patient assessments, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain individualised care plans, ensuring patient-centred care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs, making adjustments as needed.
  • Participate in quality service improvement programs, contributing to best practice development.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse in the UK.
  • Post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent) or working towards.
  • Mentorship/Teaching Qualification highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
