Renal Nursing Professional

At Diaverum, we are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at the Havant clinic. As a renal nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis.
Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee comprehensive care plans for renal patients
• Ensure accurate and meticulous documentation of clinical activities
• Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems
• Review pre- and post-haemodialysis care with patients
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
Requirements:
• NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in 2024
• Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team
• Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care
• Excellent English communication skills
What We Offer:
• Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
• Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work
• Starting salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience
• Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours
