Job Description:
  • Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharges, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to data protection policies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring clear understanding of care plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality service improvement programs.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare administration role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary: £30,000 - £37,000.
  • 25 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
