A renowned dialysis clinic in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Renal Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join their dynamic team. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care, the clinic prides itself on its state-of-the-art facilities and supportive working environment.
Job Description:- Undertake the role of Nurse in Charge with responsibility for leading the nursing team.
- Deputise for the Clinic Manager as required.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
- Take ownership of the care programs for renal patients, ensuring individualised treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments throughout treatment, monitoring progress and adjusting care accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain dialysis machines and systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review pre and post-haemodialysis care.
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse in the UK.
- Post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent) or working towards.
- Mentorship/Teaching Qualification highly desirable.
- Compassionate and able to demonstrate excellent patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive annual salary: £34,500 - £41,700.
- 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
