Your role will involve ensuring the home environment is secure, safe, and motivating for both staff and young people. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home
* Implement Ofsted requirements and ensure the home meets the highest standards of care
* Ensure the home environment is secure, safe, and motivating for both staff and young people
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
* Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and support they need to provide high-quality care
