{"Overview": "As a Registered Manager at PSR Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in one of our children's homes. Your primary goal will be to create a safe and supportive environment for our young people, enabling them to thrive and reach their full potential.

You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our staff to ensure that our homes are Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding. Your leadership and management skills will be essential in driving our service forward and making a positive impact on the lives of our young people.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Managing the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and training
* Ensuring that our homes meet the highest standards of care and quality
* Working closely with our staff to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including Ofsted returns
* Collaborating with our senior management team to drive our service forward and achieve our goals

**Requirements:**

* Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
