PSR Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Hinckley, Leicestershire. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of residential and educational support to children. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to our young people
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the home, including ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
- Working closely with our education and care teams to ensure seamless support for our young people
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure the effective operation of the home
What We Offer
As a Registered Manager with PSR Solutions, you will receive:
- A competitive salary of up to £56,966 per annum
- A 10% bonus of your salary, reviewed annually
- A 2,500 on-call bonus (approximately 10 weekends per year)
- An attendance allowance of £1,400
- A long-term incentive plan - a bonus of 30% of your salary accrued each year and paid as a future lump sum

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- A full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months
