Children's Home Manager Leader

About the Role:
As a Registered Children's Home Manager with SEND Inclusion Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the home environment provides the necessary support, fostering a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations within the home and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's home
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards
• Foster a sense of security, protection, and motivation for staff and young individuals

Requirements:
