An opportunity exists to lead a reputable Therapeutic Care and Education provider as a Care Home Manager in a children's care home. You will oversee the well-being of children in care, ensuring their development and needs are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Promoting the development and needs of children in care.
- Maintaining high standards of care in line with regulations.
- Collaborating with parents, carers, and professionals to safeguard children's welfare.
- Assisting with staff recruitment and retention.
- Providing support and supervision to staff members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's care home.
- Background in supervisory role.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce (or equivalent qualification).
