A leading luxury care provider is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead their local nursing home as its Registered Manager.

As Registered Manager, you will have full autonomy in managing your home, with the support of a strong central operations team. Using effective leadership, you will ensure that your residents and team receive the support they need to thrive, with every need and preference met and care delivery reflecting the latest best practices.

This is a permanent, full-time role for a Registered Manager (Nursing Home).
Key requirements:
- (Essential) Previous experience as a care home manager/deputy for a nursing home
- (Essential) Clinical background or experienced in managing a large clinical team
- (Essential) Sound practical knowledge of elderly and dementia care
- (Desirable) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse, either in adult nursing (RN Adult) or in mental health nursing (RMN)
