Job Title:

Registered Children's Home Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to join our team at SEND Inclusion Support. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the home environment provides the necessary support and care for our young individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive approaches to address the developmental requirements of our young people.
  • Actively participate in new referrals, contributing to a home that provides specialized education and care.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our young individuals.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
  • A Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • A full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months.
