As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who shares our commitment to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and training
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements and regulatory standards
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Working closely with our clinical team to provide holistic support and care
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £45,203 - £55,566, plus a range of benefits, including:

  • A 10% bonus on salary, reviewed annually
  • A £2,500 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year)
  • An attendance allowance of £1,400
  • A long-term incentive plan, with a bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year
