Job Title: Sr Manager for Contextual Safeguarding

Our client, a leading UK Children's Charity, is seeking a qualified Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of their 3-bed Contextual Safeguarding Children's Home in Leicestershire.

Working in close partnership with the County Council, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for the young people in their care. The role requires a strong background in residential care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and training.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safeguarding of young people.
  • Liaising with local authorities, schools, and other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in care.
