Service Desk Operations Manager

Peaple Talent is partnering with an established organisation to find a skilled Service Desk Manager to oversee the operation of their field and desk-based Service Desk teams.
The Role- Lead and manage the team to support all IT Support Service aspects, ensuring effective performance management and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the quality of Service Desk interactions and analyse processes to find alternative solutions and recommend new methods.
- Significant experience managing a Global Service Desk team, with knowledge and experience of ITIL.
- Strong analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to set requirements for process changes.
- Base salary: £60,000
- 25 days annual leave
- Cycle to Work scheme
- Onsite parking
