We are seeking an experienced Operational Sales Manager to join our team in Warrington, UK. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop compelling offers that meet client needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Support project execution planning, pricing, and risk management activities.
- Lead end-to-end bid delivery excellence, ensuring timely and effective submission of high-quality bids.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop win plans, storyboards, and bid plans that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
- A strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field, with experience in the nuclear industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Project Management principles and methodologies.
- A competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
