About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively target large corporate employers to propose and present a portfolio of Learning & Development solutions
  • Identify new opportunities and potential clients through proactive outreach and incoming enquiries

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic approach and a determination to succeed and progress. You should already have taken your first steps in a sales position, ideally responsible for identifying, approaching, and winning new clients. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients will be essential in driving business growth.

What We Offer:

In this exciting role, you will enjoy a competitive salary package, including up to £40,000 + £10,000 OTE. You will also benefit from hybrid working arrangements, with three days office-based and two days home-based.
