Senior Patient Transport Manager

We are seeking a Senior Patient Transport Manager to join Barts Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of NHS transport services across the trust, ensuring high-quality, flexible, and responsive service delivery.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in transport or a similar field, with significant experience in a senior management position. You will be accountable for developing and implementing operational processes and systems, managing staff, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our services.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiating, and presentation skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement change effectively. They will also have experience of staff change management, recruitment, and selection.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant professional qualification and management expertise gained within the field or equivalent.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
