Job Overview

Project Start Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our successful Sales Team in the Equipment / Business relocation Industry.

This is a new role reporting directly into the Sales Director and managing a small sales team. You will be involved in the day-to-day workings of the Sales function as well as people management of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow-up leads in a timely manner
  • Closing orders within the required timeframe
  • Providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to team members
  • Developing strong relationships at Key Accounts and meeting or exceeding the annual sales targets
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking and market research
  • Collaborating with all departments to ensure the seamless execution of projects
  • Preparing and presenting compelling proposals to potential clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry
  • Proven track record of sales growth and achievement of targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
