## Director of Sales - Europe

### About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to lead our Europe Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships in Europe.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Europe
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in Europe

### Requirements

* 8+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
* Strong understanding of the European sales market and ability to develop effective sales strategies
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
